Who we are
NerdNeckFix is operated by Mad Manners Ltd, based in the United Kingdom. We provide a free AI posture analysis tool and educational video content about forward head posture correction.

What data we collect and why
Email address
Collected when you sign up for our free video or unlock your score results. Used to send you the free video link, your score breakdown, and occasional follow-up emails about posture improvement. You can leave the list at any time.

Posture score and date
When you use the AI score tool, we store your score (a number from 0–100) and the date it was taken, associated with your email address. This allows you to track improvement over time.

Photos (important)
When you upload a side profile photo for analysis, it is sent directly to Google's Gemini API for processing and is never stored by us. We do not save, copy, or retain your photo in any form. The image exists in memory only for the duration of the API call (typically a few seconds) and is then discarded.
Google's Gemini API retains API inputs for up to 30 days for abuse and safety monitoring, after which they are automatically deleted. Google does not use API inputs to train their AI models. You can read Google's data policy at ai.google.dev/gemini-api/terms.

Data retention
We retain your email address and score data for as long as your account is active or until you request deletion. Photos are never retained by us. You can request deletion of your data at any time by emailing us.
Cookies
NerdNeckFix does not use tracking cookies or third-party analytics at this time. We may add analytics in future and will update this policy accordingly.

We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
